With around 11,300 full-time employees and revenues of €1.47 billion in the 2025 financial year, adesso is Germany’s largest IT service provider. The internationally active company operates more than 60 offices across Europe, the MENA region, and Asia. Now, adesso is further expanding its activities across South-Eastern Europe.

Joint Venture as a Strategic Market Entry Model
The adesso Greece S.A. joint venture will operate as a fully fledged national subsidiary in which the adesso Group holds a 51% majority stake. Georgios Pakos, formerly Business Line Lead External & Internal Security at adesso SE, has been appointed CEO. adesso and OneDealer Holdings will each have representatives on the five-person management board, in line with their respective shareholdings.
With this market entry model, adesso SE combines international delivery expertise, scalability, and European project experience with the established network and in-depth market knowledge of OneDealer Holdings. The latter is already represented on the Greek market through its affiliated companies Real Consulting SA (ATH: REALCONS), Lighthouse SA, and OneDealer SA.
Attractive Digital Market
Greece has made significant progress in digitising government processes in recent years and continues to experience solid economic growth. Extensive digital transformation projects are underway in the public sector, healthcare, defence, and utilities, supported by national initiatives and EU investments.
The subsidiary of adesso Greece in Athens will be expanded gradually. Initially, its service portfolio will include custom software development and operations, ServiceNow solutions, and AI-based applications. In the medium term, the company’s goal is to introduce the expanded adesso portfolio to the local market and support European projects of the adesso Group as part of its Global Delivery Model.
The new subsidiary will primarily target large corporate organisations, financial institutions, and public sector clients. Later on, the company plans to expand its business activities to Greek SMEs, which represent another market segment that has high demand for digitisation and significant growth potential.
